PHASE 1:
Ontario Workforce Priority Stream:
1. TEER 0-3 pathway:
Requirement :
- Full-time and permanent job offer.
- TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupations
- Language requirement: Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 6, CLB 5 for certain occupations
- Minimum education: post-secondary degree or diploma
- One of the following:
- 6 months consecutive in the last 12 months in the job offer position with the job offer employer
- For recent Ontario graduates, 3 months consecutive in the last 12 months in the job offer position with the job offer employer
- 2 years cumulative in the last 5 years in the NOC occupation
- Licensed applicants are exempt from this requirement.
2. TEER 4-5 pathway:
Requirement :
- Full-time and permanent job offer.
- TEER 4 or 5 occupations
- Language requirement: Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4
- Minimum education: Canadian secondary school diploma or equivalent
3. Self-employed physicians:
Requirement :
- Job offer may not be required.
- Be a member in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
- Hold a valid certificate of registration in an eligible class: independent, academic or provisional
- Be eligible to bill through the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP).
WHEN:
- A date for the launch of the program has not been announced yet.
- The uninvited applicant’s Expression of Interest (EOI) will be withdrawn soon.
- Employers can continue to use their existing accounts and register a new job offer when the program is launched.
- Employees must create a new EOI once the program is launched
GENERAL:
- For employers in rural areas of less than 150,000 residents, lower gross annual revenue shall apply.
- All current OINP programs below have been closed and uninvited profiles will be withdrawn:

- Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills
- Employer Job Offer: International Student
- Master’s Graduate
- PhD Graduate
- Express Entry Human Capital Priorities
- Express Entry French-speaking Skilled Worker
